What do the Property Interior Descriptions mean inside the Guide

We couldn't give detailed descritptions of each property type or we would have had a 1000 page guide. Here is a bit more detail on what our interior descriptions mean:

  1. Updated - Either a typical look found in new homes, a home that has been updated to a nice, good-looking standard.
  2. Updated With Character - The home is likely a older home or a century home. The interior has been updated but still holds character (wood beams, original crown molding, exposed brick chimney, and so on.
  3. Modern - Interior that has that wow factor, not the same grey walls and typical laminate you might find in the regular updated homes.
  4. Move In Ready - May need some updates, for example it may have some carpet in the bedrooms that could use replacing, perhaps a little dated in rooms but overall you can move in.
  5. Needs Updates - The home may have updated floors and bathroom, but the kichen is original.
  6. Dated - Pretty self explanatory. Likely everything is out dated or orgininal to the home. Think tons of flowery wall paper, 60s cabinetry and thin carpets.
  7. If the home is described as anything else (gorgeous, chic, ultra modern, etc.) you can bet it is stunning inside, with unique features and beautiful finishes.

Can we view properties listed in the guide?

No. Unfortunately all of these properties sold in 2018. They are merely examples of proeprty types that you can get for specific price ranges in the Niagara Region. BUT... we there are plenty more charming homes to see. Give us a call and we can send you current listings.
