West Lincoln offers families a great quality of life. Peaceful surroundings of farmland and winding rivers, weekend farmers markets and recreation facilities are all part of this vibrant and progressive community.

It is no secret that West Lincoln is home to some of the most prime agricultural areas in Niagara. This makes for some scenic country properties and tranquil drives home from a hard day at work.

Although in a rural setting, the municipality of West Lincoln aims to accommodate its diverse communities. It does so by offering all necessities such as shopping, great schools, restaurants and family recreation centers.

West Lincoln offers home buyers a wide selection of options at a range of prices. Given its rural setting, amazing homes can still be purchased at affordable prices ... for now anyway.

There are many little neighbourhoods within West Lincoln and we'd love to cover them all. But without all the time in the world, we'll have to just cover the main ones:

Smithville - Is a neighbourhood with a lot of residential development - from townhomes and semi's to sprawling bungalows on large lots. Situated right off of Highway 20 makes for easy access to Hamilton and beyond. A great neighbourhood quickly gaining popularity for families and commuters with easy access to amenities but still get a sense of living in a rural setting.

Wellandport - Experience true peace and quiet out in Wellandport. A rural area that is home to some gorgeous (and surprisingly affordable) country homes. The Welland River runs through this neighbourhood so you can imagine, along with the rolling hills and sprawling fields, just ho picturesque this community is. Many of the homes are set on acre lots and back onto green space. If you are looking for a country lifestyle be sure to explore Wellandport.

Caistor Area & Rural West - Another great area of West Lincoln where many homes are situated on lovely acres + lots. This area is the western most part of West Lincoln and the closest to Hamilton and beyond.
