Vibrant Communities, Celebrations and World Wonders - Living in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls - Gateway to Canada

Welcome to Niagara Falls.

Home to The Niagara Horse Shoe Falls - an 8th World Wonder. Naturally, this city offers exciting celebrations (like the Winter Festival of Lights) and fun family activities sprawled along the well known Clifton Hill.

But, Niagara Falls has more than just this beautiful attraction to appreciate. This city is full of rich history, provides quick access to the United States and encourages diverse communities.

Another large Niagara Region City, Niagara Falls is home to many family neighbourhoods offering a range of housing options.

Here a few of the most popular Niagara Falls neighbourhoods:

Chippawa - This picturesque village is nestled along the shores where the Niagara River meets the Welland River (commonly known here as Chippawa Creek). A serene area of Niagara Falls where people looking for an country escape will enjoy the lovely architecture, charm and welcoming nature of the Chippawa community.

Lundy's Lane - This neighbourhood is popular among people who enjoy an active nightlife. From restaurants to hotels, boutique stores and historic attractions, this neighbourhood his bustling with life. From here, you have easy access to the 420 highway and the QEW.

Dorchester Gardens - Another family friendly neighbhourood bordering Lundy's Lane. Affordable living options can be find in the Dorchester Area - full of quaint and established streets. Towards the end of Dorchester Road (closer to Drummond Heights), there has been quite a number of higher-end new build residential developments happening.

Fallsview / Lascala - Ok, so you can't exactly see the falls from this neighbourhood but you are at your closest to the Horse Shoe Falls from here. Affordable homes can be found here.

Greenwood Golf - A newer neighbourhood in the South-Western section of Niagara Falls. This area is abundant with new residential homes - Bungalows, Two-Stories, Semis and Townhomes - listed in the higher price ranges. Close to all amenities; shopping, gold courses, parks and more.

Mulhern / Beaverdams Area - A somewhat rural area of Niagara Falls, this section is home to meandering rivers and some gorgeous homes. Popular to commuters because of its close proximity to the QEW highway.

Stamford - The North section of Niagara Falls is where you will find the gorgeous, established family neighbourhood of Stamford. Mature tree lined streets, grand bungalows and character two-story homes are a staple in the neighbourhood of Stamford. Fantastic parks, great schools and a short drive to the Butterfly conservatory make this the ideal area for first time home buyers and families alike.

Niagara Falls is a favorite for families, commuters and first time home buyers. It goes without saying that there is a lot to do here in The Falls and the city welcomes you to explore everything it has to offer.

Real Estate prices here, on average, are slightly cheaper than say St. Catharines. But as with most of the municipalities, there is a range depending on the house and neighbourhood.
